APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION

You may cancel your appointment for our diagnostic services by notifying us through our website, app, or by contacting our customer support.

CANCELLATION REQUESTS CONDITIONS

Cancellation requests will be subject to the following conditions:

Cancellation made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund or reschedule without any additional charge.

Cancellation made between 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund or reschedule without any additional charge.

Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund, but you can reschedule.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Refunds will be made within 7 days or business days from the date of the cancellation request approval.

Refunds will only be applicable as per the conditions mentioned in section (Cancellation requests conditions)* above.

CANCELLATION BY CHEMIST LABORATORYS

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If we are unable to provide the requested service, you will be entitled to a full refund.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In case of a no-show, rescheduling will be subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

REFUSAL OF SERVICE

Chemist Laboratorys reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

If we refuse to provide a service, you will be entitled to a full refund.

EXCEPTIONS

In exceptional circumstances such as medical emergencies or other valid reasons, we may consider refund requests outside the scope of this policy. Each case will be assessed on an individual basis.

MODIFICATIONS TO CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Medical Diagnosis Limited may modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other channels.
